Job Description

    As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, creating, and implementing immersive e-learning modules. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will transform learning objectives into visually compelling and interactive digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Crafting Compelling Content:
      • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Vyond to craft dynamic e-learning content that captivates and educates.
      • Design visually appealing multimedia elements to enrich online courses.
    2. Storyboard Mastery:
      • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to meticulously develop storyboards for e-learning modules.
      • Translate intricate concepts into clear and visually engaging representations.
    3. Innovative Interactive Design:
      • Develop interactive scenarios, simulations, and assessments to elevate learner engagement and comprehension.
      • Infuse gamification elements to ensure a delightful and effective learning experience.
    4. Media Magic:
      • Create and enhance multimedia components, such as graphics, animations, audio, and video, aligning them with instructional goals.
      • Ensure all media elements adhere to high design standards.
    5. Quality Assurance Excellence:
      • Conduct rigorous testing of e-learning modules, ensuring seamless functionality, user-friendliness, and adherence to design aesthetics.
      • Collaborate closely with the QA team to promptly address and resolve any issues.
    6. Collaborative Innovation:
      • Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and project managers, to meet project goals seamlessly.
      • Bring creative insights and innovative solutions to elevate the overall quality of e-learning content.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an E-Learning Content Developer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Storyboarding, and Vyond.
    • Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
    • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
