Job Description

Manage all the activities related to E-commerce and Coordinate with Dealers, Vendors & Customers.
Monitor all major websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Healthcare, eBay, Pay TM, Snap deal, Shop Clues, etc., and new registrations
To be the main point of contact by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues, comments, and website queries.
Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for internal website queries.
Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific markets.
Correct and Submit print requests as per requirement. (Product Labels, Leaflets, Banners, Sun boards. Sticker etc.
Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
Help and Coordinate with the team for creating high lead-converting landing pages and keyword-rich pages.
Maintain daily order database of vendors and customers.
Register and attend webinars.
