JOB DESCRIPTION:The eCommerce Photo Retoucher is responsible for ensuring images for the client s website product pages meet standards , align to merchandising set up , and move through the workflow from start to finish. The Retoucher will be responsible for maintaining the eCommerce images according to pre - established specifications , maintaining quality control and a consistent overall look and feel. This includes processing , editing , and correcting photographic and digital images to meet web specifications. The Photo Retoucher must demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles , with specific proficiency in retouching , color correction , and photo enhancing. The Retoucher must be familiar with web graphic production techniques and have a comprehensive understanding of image formats (EPS , TIF , GIF , JPEG , PDF) , and graphic compression tools.Responsibilities include:Retouch images in accordance with established style guides.Format and enhance all photography and image contentCreate and upload swatchesEnsure visual consistency of product images within projects , and across brandUphold high image quality standards and ensure images are optimized for the webSupport live site image change requests as requested by Category Managers and Customer Service associatesUtilize image optimization techniques and tools through knowledge of web design constraints , including download times , browser differences and web - safe palettesMeet daily goals and display flexibility when deadlines changeReview retouching work for quality and accuracyManage heavy workload with emphasis on accuracy and speedConsistently follow directions and proceduresWork both independently and as part of a teamProof work of self and co - workersJOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor s degree1 - 3 years of work experience (retail operations experience preferred but not required)Extremely proficient with PhotoshopExcellent web customer experience sensibilityProficiency with Digital Asset Management (e.g. , Adobe DAM) systems preferred but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExtremely organized , accurate and detail - orientedPossesses outstanding time management skills , ability to multi - task and prioritize work - flowMust be reliable and demonstrate initiative and self - motivationThrives in a fast - paced , production - oriented environmentAbility to partner well with cross - functional team membersOffered Benefits / Facilities :Keyskills :Company ProfileThis field will be updated later.
