  • Lead digitization efforts to increase our E footprint to realize goal of 60% e-penetration in India
  • Expand and deepen relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients in India
  • Drive revenue growth across all FM products traded over electronic channels (S2BX, Flowbanker, ECN, and API).
Business
  • Leverage Global Team to identify opportunities to sell our network to existing clients
  • Implement E strategies to drive exponential revenue growth for the firm
  • Promote and Educate internal partners and stakeholders on digitization efforts and new products
  • Provide strong voice of client towards product development of our platform solutions
Processes
  • Collating monthly reports (MIS) for monitoring purposes for management
  • Monitor and ensure continued client usage of platforms
  • Integral part of the EMS (Electronic Market Solutions Team)
  • Monitoring of Client Income, where necessary for Sales, ensuring the customers we are providing priority operational support to, are true priority customers in terms of revenue generation.
  • Provide cross border, cross product proactive support for voice Sales and their platinum / priority customers. Front-line resolution of platinum / priority Client e issues. Serve as the single point of contact for priority client issues and build / strengthen relationships with both
  • Up to date with client trading activities and passing leads to voice Sales for maximizing client wallet

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations amongst colleagues and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and sharing best practice.
  • Lead and reinforce strategic change and ensure the organisation structure and people programs are aligned and geared towards supporting change

  • Adherence to all Group Policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, reputational risk among others.

  • Timely completion of all e-learning, attestations and requests for information.

  • Lead Financial Markets /eCommerce Sales to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Must be a Degree holder (Bachelors degree in Finance / Management / Economics / General Business)
  • Strong Sales Acumen (to achieve CI and target numbers)
  • Basic understanding on FX markets, from pricing through settlement, trading FX
  • Client facing experience to understand the nature of the FX participants which facilitates learning of overall financial markets
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi
