I am working with Square Feet since past 1 year and what I like best about this company is how focused it is on its people. The working environment is very flexible , with consideration for the employees professional and personal needs. I have discovered that people are very trusting and have cooperative relationships with others , like Neeta mam Moumita mam. They are always ready to help me out of any kind of problem. SQUARE FEET is the first company that I have worked for that meets all my criteria for a well - balanced company. I had joined SQUARE FEET in the year 2012. It provides for an excellent work - life balance as well as growth in my professional career. The way I have been treated at SQUARE FEET outlines its professionalism and caring for its employees. I love working for Square Feet. It is inspiring to work for a company that encourages growth and offers opportunities for advancement. I truly appreciate all that I have learnt from my seniors and I am very proud to be a part of Square Feet. I have been with Square Feet for over 20 months and would describe it as work mixed with a lot of fun and happiness. The companys rich heritage and core values are engrained throughout the organization and are evident in every employee. The company takes care of its employees and treats them like family. The team I work with is very helpful. Everyone here is always willing to help and there is a lot of hand holding during learning new things. I shifted to Mumbai seven years back in search of employment from Kolkatta. Have been working with Square Feet from day one. Mr. Vinod Thakkar and Mr. Paresh Thakkar are a friend , Philosopher and Guide to me.Mr Paresh Thakkar is very cooperative and very supportive. He has trained me very well for my work. With their guidance have learned and grown in Square Feet. There is good support from the Central Team whenever I require at Dahisar Branch. Its been 5 months since I joined the company and I was completely new to the real estate market but Vinod Sir saw something in me and appointed me in his organization. The true mentorsand teachers for me were Vinod Sir , Raj Sir Gaurav. After learning from them I had a clear view of the real estate market and became more enthusiastic about the property stream. Being a graduate I applied got the opportunity to join Square Feet as an Accounts Executive. I used to believe learning is a task to complete , but working at Square Feet with excellent working environment and good support , I found that learning is an ongoing process. I have grown to become a better person because of this change in understanding. In short , its been a life changing experience since working with Square Feet.,
