Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Candidate should be fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Must track the tickets carefully and provide proper technical resolution
  • Must have good knowledge on Outlook and Windows
  • Knowledge on FCR
  • Must record all the issue in the ticketing tool and track till closure
  • MIS knowledge
  • Supports operation of help desk and serves as focal point for customer concerns.
  • If the query is out of HD purview, assign the ticket to concerned department.
