Description Complete responsibility for carrying out servicing, commissioning and maintenance of Daniel Products & Systems at company workshop and Customer sites. Travel frequently to customer sites for servicing, commissioning and maintenance of Daniel product & systems. Providing an effective link between the customer and company and thereby enhancing the company image. Educate the customer on product design concepts, operation techniques and maintenance.Meet targets set by Management for Field service jobs.a. Provide installation, commissioning , and maintenance services for Daniel products (ultrasonic flow meters for Gas & Liquids, control valves, turbine meters, compact prover, Bi-directional provers, Gas chromatograph, Flow computers, Junior & Senior orifice fitting etc.) and bought out instruments / equipments. b. Take overall responsibility for execution and completion of field service jobs at site.c. Represent Daniel in a positive manner in front of customer.d. Ensure that field services are executed in accordance with Daniel procedures and operations are carried out within time schedule. e. Ensure that detailed site visit report / MOM and time sheets are prepared and signed off after completion of each job and the same is sent to company service coordinator in time (Within 48 Hrs after completion of Job) . f. Prepare and submit the weekly time sheets in time (End of every week) to service coordinator.g. Promptly respond to customer s queries and complaints, escalating when necessary and ensuring that corrective action is taken by own organisation and by customer organisation. h. Ensure that delivered systems are commissioned with the planned resources and within the planned time frame. i. Provide feedback to update procedures as necessary to improve overall efficiency of Field Service department. j. Ensure the Daniel Quality Management System and Procedures / Work Instructions are followed and standards are maintained. k. Provide technical assistance and support to Project / Engineering department, on demand basis. l. Conduct client training on Daniel products.m. Keep up-to-date knowledge on new services and product offered by Daniel.n. Work with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participate in customers visits, and presentations o. Maintain technical awareness of new technology and share the knowledge with the service team members. p. Maintain and promote a professional and harmonious relationship within Daniel and with the customers representatives. q. Fully Comply with HSE policy of the company.r. Ensure that data are up-to-date on CRM system related to service and commissioning calls.,
