Job Description

  • Estimate cost for the project based on the preliminary design.
  • Optimize the design and raw material quantity and ensure lowest possible. Ability to carry out mechanical calculation on spread sheets. Ability to work on Softwares like PV Elite, tank tech, with basic knowledge of staad. Ability to prepare flawless technical proposals Knowledge of manufacturing process of pressure vessels & heat exchangers, skid packages & site fabrication. Ability to complete mechanical estimates of EPC & LSTK projects.
  • Basic knowledge of oil processing, water processing & gas processing packages & well testing, Early Production Facilities
  • Ability to work on site construction cost for EPC & LSTK projects.
  • Ability to work on cost estimate of site fabricated storage tanks & other site fabrication projects.
  • Understanding of metallurgy of various materials.
  • Basic Understanding of P&ID, Instrumentation, Electrical, Piping, Structures & its intergration.
  • Knowledge / awareness of mechanical standards of oil companies like KOC , ARAMCO , PDO , Chevron, ADNOC, SHELL, ONGC, OIL, EIL, PDIL, NPCIL etc.
  • Experience of dealing with operating companies like ONGC, OIL, Halliburton, Baker Hughes GE, Schlumberger, Cameron, Expro, Superior, Focus will be an added advantage.
