Job Description ETL Developer (SSIS)
Educational Background
Minimum bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 4years to 5 years of IT experience in the field of Data Warehousing and BI
In depth knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts.
Experience of Extraction, Transformation Loading of data; along with data analysis, data cleansing, data manipulation, data validation.
Knowledge of Data Modelling methodologies like Kimball, Inmon.
Hands on ETL design development experience using an ETL tool (preferably SSIS).
Create maintain ETL schedule and supporting documentation like Flow diagrams, Test Results etc
Expertise in process improvement, performance tuning, optimization.
Knowledge of defect maintenance.
Experience of Microsoft BI Stack (like SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) is preferred
Experience of a versioning tool.
Understanding of Requirements Gathering process.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to articulate solution design to team members key stakeholders.
Experience of Project Development Lifecycles Waterfall, Agile
A team player with a positive Can- do attitude and willingness to own the solution.
Cloud experience will be beneficial.
