Job Description Admin ManagerFacilities Management:Liaising and implementation of office setup.Planning and execution of shifting theofficepremises.Supervising and ensuring safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards.Responsible for the housekeeping and handling the manpower for the result-oriented target.Procurement and Vendor ManagementInviting quotations from different vendors and compare the quotes on the basis of cost and quality and prepared the agreements as per the company procedure.Developing and devising cost-effective sources, commercial negotiations and price fixation, component development, supply compliance and contracts management;Evaluating suppliers performance and ongoing compliance in accordance with the defined parameters.Coordinating with the vendors for the negotiations and quality checks of the products procured for theoffice.General Administration:Administrative tasks viz. Travel, Stationary, Business Cards, Facility management, procurement, etc.Supervising employee amenities viz. transport arrangement, travel desk, management, hotel bookings, hiring of vehicles, guest house, Medical, and related contracts.Preparing various reports New office setup report, maintenance report, weekly reports, monthly management reports, etc. for major jobs, incidents, consumptions like electricity, fuel, etc.Supervising office boys and drivers by coaching, counselling, and disciplining, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operationsDesigns and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.Requirements5+ years of administrative manager experiencePlanning and execution of shifting theofficepremises.In-depth understanding ofoffice managementprocedures and departmental and legal policiesFamiliarity with financial and facilities management principlesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesNurture a positive working environment
