Maintain healthy relationship with the Variable delivery Network Monitor the health of the network. Ensure training of the operators and Variable delivery Network on systems, processes and KPIs Plan network expansion in the given territory in view of the business requirements. Plan resource requirement in line with business requirements Ensure timely payment to all small service partners through effective coordination with head office Ensure roll out of programs and new initiatives in the given territory. Field recruitment of Delivery Associates or bikers. Source candidates through portal/campaigning/advertising.
