Ability to effectively handle customer objections by having an innate understanding of the companys product offerings.Use various channels - cold calling, email marketing, online media, digital marketing to generate fresh leads for the business.Map and create a database of target customers, basic understanding of product & service.Persistent follow-ups with the business account until the closure of the sales cycle and taking ownership of the sales being closed on pricing and metrics set by the organization.Completing all pre-sales documentation and communication required for the closed deal.Establish new business connects through leads generated by self. Identify and meet potential clients and decision makers within client organizations and subsequently growing, maintaining, and leveraging ones network.Build a strong pipeline consistently by developing new relationships in the target market segments. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients.Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.Analyze current market trends, tracking competitions activities, customer Interactions & feedback on Product.Assist in creating & implementing Business Plan for meeting sales and targets in the allocated territory along with Team. Work closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence and plan marketing campaigns to generate lead.Skills and expertise needed:-Proven experience in B2B, B2B2C selling in the education sector.Demonstrable track record of surpassing the annual target.Good Communication skills required.
