Job Description

Active Directory: Manage Active Directory infrastructure for the Enterprise. Designing, Configuring, Maintaining, Migrating and Supporting the Active Directory forests, ADCS servers. Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting Manage system security, system patches and upgrades for ADDS, ADCS servers. Monitor, Manage and Troubleshoot - FRS, DFSR, DNS etc. Administer and maintain sites/subsites and manage security Perform AD health checks and monitoring, troubleshoot AD (,NTFRS, AD Replication Issues, Login Issues, Group Policy Issues) and daily reports. Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment. Build / Rebuild / Decommission DCs & Post-Installation tasks. Expertise in OS hardening, performance and tuning. AD sites and services audit and Management. Create/Deletion/Modification of DHCP scopes and DNS records Understanding of Networking. Understanding of Azure Active Directory functions and Azure AD connect is desirable Experience with LDAP directories Solid working knowledge of Microsoft platforms and products including Windows 2008/2012/2016 Operating Systems and Active Directory. Build, support, migration and of PKI infrastructure and certificate deployment for application requirement. Good understanding of security principles (User profiles, authentication, authorization, PKI: EFS/SmartCard/Certificates) Fundamental networking knowledge IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc. Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Merge and Demerge of Domains or restructure of Active Directory. Experience with AD migrations using ADMT and 3rd party tools. Extensive experience with Windows Server for administering Active Directory in an enterprise class environment. Strong PowerShell scripting related to managing server and AD objects and attributes in the infrastructure Provide technical expertise for multiple Active Directory programs and projects. An awareness of other 3rd party Active Directory Monitoring Tools Provide project level documentation and end user manuals where required. ITIL knowledge on Incident, Change, Problem and configuration management is crucial. Coordinate service/support needs with Vendors, Technical Support Engineers, Application Support Engineers, and the Infrastructure Team through effective partnership, collaboration and communication. Provide 3rd level support for Active Directory for end users, application and administration teams. The candidate must be willing to accommodate weekend, shift or on-call schedules when necessary.Participate in security and application troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including storage, messaging, networking and servers.Exchange Working experience on Microsoft Exchange Servers 2010, 2013 Installation and Configuration of Exchange servers, Expertise in handling all Exchange Online related tasks Good understanding of various access methods including POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere, and SMTP Mail flow) End user support demonstrated proficiency in MS Exchange 2010, Outlook and Mailbox management and support Provide guidance and support with Exchange design planning to include recommendations on Office 365 topology, email technologies, and mailbox management strategies Exchange resource object management (distribution list, calendar, group mailboxes, etc Support Office 365 connectivity Perform spillage clean up within Office 365 and Exchange Assist in any new Exchange/Domain/Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016 Server systems development as required Installation of Active Directory Administering, Creating & maintaining user accounts in Active Directory Active Directory-Domain service, Member server, Clients, Users configuration Installing & configuring different services like DNS, DHCP and IIS etc Should have experience in Domain Controller migration activities Good PowerShell Knowledge commands for both Exchange and Active Directory Key Skills: Active Directory: Manage Active Directory infrastructure for the Enterprise.
