It will give you an opportunity to learn and grow with a flexibility to maintain a work life balance.Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit, Role specific skillsets: Incumbent will be responsible for the following: Follow - up with the direct customers for collecting the receivable and resolving the issues that would come up in the entire process.It involves close coordination with the Practices, accounting team, other internal teams and the customer for resolving the documentation and accounting related issues, that are faced in collecting the overdue outstanding.The job also involves meeting the direct / customers every week / fortnight / month (as the case may be) to do the follow - up and also understand the challenges involved at the customers end.Reconciling the customer s account and obtaining the No Dues Certificate.Candidate is required to have regular interaction with the procurement / finance teams of elite & key accounts.
