Job Description

    EA (Executive Assistant) Female Candidate ONLY Required Experience: 4 - 12 years Qualification AnyProposed CTC: 7 - 12 LPA Location: Mumbai Industry: Any ManufacturingJOB ROLE
    • Assisting to the CEO stay organized by managing his schedules and keeping up with
    • correspondence based on his needs.
    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partner
    • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and
    • interfacing with clients
    • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for HODs, team members and industry
    • partners.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage/coordinate travel itineraries.
    • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place.
    • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
    • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
    • Coordination with Manufacturing Plant
