      • Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
      • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
      • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
    1. Office Management:
      • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary resources are available.
      • Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and scheduling.
    1. Data Management:
      • Organize and maintain confidential company and executive files and documents.
      • Compile and analyze data as needed for various reports and presentations.
    1. Communication Liaison:
      • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
      • Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other correspondence.
    1. Project Coordination:
      • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
      • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Education and Experience:
    • HSC or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
