Profile Wind beneath the wings of Executive Directors, responsible for bringing out best and coping with the worst and performing a key role within organization that most underestimate. This position is responsible for management of multiple unstructured issues and assisting the directors in multitude of corporate initiatives and planning, including fixing meeting and travel plans, liaise with Board of Directors and key investors and entrepreneurs on behalf of Directors etc. We are seeking a presentable, energetic, IT savvy, alert & quick thinker who is able to put oneself in Directorrsquos shoes. Self initiator well versed with corporate etiquettes and scheduling abilities, ideal candidate shall be a problem solving person with ability to take initiatives proactively as well as ability to think and plan well in advance. Immaculate personality and coordination skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline with proficiency of Office productivity software and functions. (MS Office suite consisting of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Meticulous attention to details, strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict but reasonable deadlines. 7-10 years of work experience in large and reputed organizations. Experience with multinational company and certificate of completing secretarial course from a reputed institute shall be an added advantage. Spouses of expatriates/ foreigners settled in India with multicultural work experience and looking for time bound working hour needs shall be welcome to apply too. (Work visa needs shall be adhered to by the company). We will consider applications from recent graduates provided strong references and demonstrable time management and communication skills are in place.
