Job description for an Executive Assistant:1. Conserves executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.2. Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.3. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence; speaking for the executive.4. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.5. Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.6. Organizing Travel arrangements (International & Domestic)7. Coordination with Pan India team Requirements: Minimum Relevant 5-7 years experience.Pro-efficient in Microsoft ExcelWell versed with administrative activities
