  • Fix appointments,taking dictations, drafting letters & dispatching the letters through Email.
  • Coordinate with Senior Officials of the company and other companies
  • Liaison with Regulators
  • Maintain schedules and reminder diaries, Arranging meetings, Preparing Notice and Agenda of the Advisory Board Meeting and sending by email / dispatch to the Advisory Board Members, Maintaining Confidentiality.
  • Handle enquiries on phone
  • Preparing monthly MIS Reports, presentations
  • Handling Petty Cash
