Job Description

Job Responsibilities: To be the interface between the CEO, and to be the one point of contact to whom all communication is directed. Closely working with CEO and their direct reportees To assist the CEO in strategizing and designing experiential marketing/ events, plans that adhere to the overall communication while keeping ROI the focus. To play a major role in all CEO pitches; right from brainstorming to building a detailed proposal of ideas to flawless execution. Responsible for building presentation decks and paper- work involved in deal closures. Proactive in building talent bank of prospective Partners that have the vision, skills, experience and motivation to be successful. To be able to multitask with various principals and various events taking place simultaneously in a high pressure environment. To have a continuous communication flow with all internal teams and stakeholders Reduce Partner failures by staying close to the reality of business and reacting quickly and proactively with business support to the appropriate Partners. Take active interest in the success of the company and act as a right arm to the CEO Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends achieving market share metrics. Handle details of a highly confidential critical nature Manage the calendar for the CEO, requiring interaction with both team members visitors Make travel arrangements, schedule business and personal appointments for the CEO Sending official personal communication on behalf of the CEO Prepare files of CEOs personal expenses and prepare MIS of the same. Required Qualifications and Skills: To be able to adapt to exciting but ever changing situations where quick decision making is key. Excellent on ground execution skills are required so as to meet the last moment needs of the CEO. Must have exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and writing skills. Adept at recording minutes of a meeting Candidates with a strong grip on Hindi Marathi will be given preference Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets at a highly proficient level. ,
