Our client a leading global investment bank is looking for an Executive Director (Change the Bank) for its Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) in Mumbai. TTRO is engaged in the development of platforms and processes supporting upcoming regulatory changes. The role will require execution of operations processes, process management and project efforts and the individual may be part of a team of specialists operating within a region/product. The candidate displays Detailed knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence; Analyses ambiguous or complex issues, identifies root causes and proposes future actions; Ensures completion of Compliance Courses and Policies; Manage stakeholder relationships (BU partners, infrastructure departments, client contacts etc.) The candidate is expected to make plans to adapt control processes and procedures of changing the regulatory environment; Identify levels of control and measures required, building a strong and flexible workflow, Ensure the existence of mitigating controls, combine escalation and suggestions on risk reduction strategies. ,
