    Description:Executive HRKey Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)HR Business Partner responsible for managing the overall Talent Acquisition budget and ensuring talent acquisitionof suitable resources for positions pan India. Other duties include providing guidance to all theregions on various resourcing activities and spearheading resourcing initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesMaintain recruitment cost within budget (E.g. Optimal cost per hire)Ensure adherence to Manpower Budget numbersTo ensure timely recruitment of quality candidatesFormulation of guidelines/policies in the area of resourcing and monitoring itsimplementationLiaise with line functions to create manpower budgetKey Functions & ResponsibilitiesStrategicTo work with the VP HR and GM HR and estimate the budget for recruitment forthe organizationTo develop an overall manpower plan by working closely with the business headsand other functional heads to understand their requirementsTo decide the appropriate strategy for sourcing the candidates for the variouspositions across IndiaOperationalRecruitment & SelectionTo hire the right person for a job within the defined timelines and cost parametersTo ensure sourcing of candidates based on the manpower requirements usingmultiple channels of recruitmentTo carry out a first level short-listing of candidates for middle management andabove, through screening of CVs/interviews followed by an interview by theFunctional Head and HRTo conduct final HR interviews for Manager and below hires at corporateTo provide support to the regions for middle management and above hiresTo regularly monitor recruitment costsTo build and strengthen an Employee Referral ProgramTo ensure proper induction on new joinees.Campus RecruitmentTo identify with functional heads the number of MTs etc to be recruitedfor the yearTo identify engineering / MBA / other professional institutes to be targeted by thecompany for recruitmentTo formulate the campus recruitment strategy and oversee the implementation ofthe same.Policy administrationTo ensure all doubts pertaining to policy matters pertaining to resourcing (viz.rehire cases, hiring of spouse, etc.) are clearedTo monitor and ensure Reference checks, pre-employment medical checks are allcompleted prior to hiringTo drive standardized recruitment policies and processes across all circles andensures compliance through auditsVendors/ Consultants Relationship ManagementTo create alliances with reputed vendors for recruitment, background screeningagencies and job portals to procure high quality sourcing capabilities & costeffective servicesTo build and maintaining a strong network in the market and with placementconsultants to ensure timely delivery of relevant profilesTo create manpower contracts that are standardized and favourable to thecompany.Internal Manpower RequirementsTo working closely with the line managers to understand personnel needs andprovide proactive resourcing solutionsTo work with line functions to create manpower budgets and relevant organizationstructuresOthersTo make salary fitments to candidates based on guidelines and defined frameworkTo ensure proper database of potential candidates is maintained to act as anactive pipeline of candidates.To develop the Employee Value Proposition for Tata HousingTo review existing policies and processes in the area of Resourcing and bringingup necessary changes, as appropriateDevelopmentalKeep abreast of developments in the areaManage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedbackand exposure to enhance learningInternal & External InteractionsInternal: Amongst individuals within Corporate HR, Amongst individuals in RegionalHR, Senior level Managers in various functions and across all levels/ gradesExternal: Recruitment Consultants, Placement agencies, Candidates (includingReferred candidates), Colleges/ InstitutesEducation & Experience RequirementM.B.A with specialization in HRAt least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experienceFamiliarity with real estate or construction sector desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood networking skills
