Job Description

    This role will be responsible for Liaison and coordinating with CHAs, shipping line, customs for clearance of shipments. Tracking ETAs of shipments, monitoring CHA daily activity reports Approving checklist for filing Home && Ex-bond Bill of Entries Approving BOE && sharing with accounts for duty payments Planning && storing shipments in warehouses. Reconciling bond stock with CHA, warehouse && our stock Handling clearance of sample shipmentsPREFERRED SKILLS Exposure to import formalities and procedures. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good computer skills.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSAny GraduateExperience3 to 4 Years of relevant experience in similar role
