Responsibilities : Manage Orders across various channels like website and other market places Segregation of orders as per the business unit / sales channels Pull and pack the items for each order from the inventory Order Fulfillment and Tracking Order Returns and Cancellation Management Identify and recommend efficiency and process improvements Manage customer loyalty points Liaison with stakeholders (inventory management, website management, clients, logistics partners, etc.) as required.
