Job description: To ensure efficient running of shop floor activity in Oral Liquid manufacturing area. To check the cleanliness in.Executive - Production (Liquid) - Tirupati Group Job description: To ensure efficient running of shop floor activity in Oral Liquid manufacturing area. To check the cleanliness in the department and equipment s for line clearance as per SOP. Document and log records. Responsible for product delivery on time. To cross check the Raw material and packing material before taking in to the process. To check the instructions relating to production operation including the in process control and to ensure their strict implementation. To carry out mfg. activity efficiently in order to enhance the productivity. To check that products are produced & stored as per documentation (SOP, cGMP) in order to obtain the required quality. To provide training to operators and manpower follow up production as per SOPs. To ensure the maintenance of department premises and equipment. To implement the production planning as per the weekly schedule. Work allotment of man powers as per training and capability of person and monitor of manpower. To check temp, RH and Differential Pressure. To maintain changes parts available for equipment s. Maximum utilization of machine and man power. To maintain the online entry in ERP for smooth productivity. To implement the production planning as per the weekly schedule. Have faced ISO, WHO, Third Party and different country Audit. Education & Experience Job Department Min. Qualification B. Sc. or B. Pharmacy Max. Qualification M. Sc or M. Pharmacy 4 to 7 Yrs.,
