Job Description

Major Deliverables

Design and revisit ME system
Develop and revise the ME data collection tools as per requirements
Develop training modules on the ME system and the tools and give training to respective stakeholders
Hold data quality assurance system, strengthen it and ensure quality data in MIS (offline and online)
Hold concurrent monitoring system
Timely quality data provisioning to the other departments as per their requirement
Generate periodical ME and other reports
Analyze programmatic data and produce report based on it
Hold periodical program reviews
Hold pre-post quality data collection, compilation, and analysis
Disseminate the evidences generated through programmatic data and other sources
Hold data management of all the data coming from the different units
Prepare the ME and related reports for the organization requirement
Document the case studies and other similar requirements
Work in close coordination with MIS team for strengthening the MIS
Coach and mentor data assistants and data managers
Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Specialized Competencies

Understanding of design and development of ME system (including frameworks)
Good programmatic analytic skills
Working knowledge on SPSS, STATA, or any other statistical packages
Good in handling advanced excel skills
Experience in report writing
Proven writing skills in English
Traveling to intervention sites and within country if required
Experience working on issues of Children protection or similar subjects is desirable

Educational Qualification

A university degree in MPH/MHA/Population studies/ Economics/ Development studies/ or related subjects
Desired Experience2-5 years of experience in supporting program monitoring
