Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for testing procedures and mechanisms to ensure quality control standards for all incoming materials . He / she will conduct analysis of testing results and provide inputs for solution . He / she will identify critical issues in vendor performance and initiate appropriate corrective action , develop and implement metrics to monitor and track quality and compliance requirements , conduct mandatory quality audits , and direct & guide support team to ensure completion of inspection as per plan . He / she will analyze the customer complaints and formulate appropriate corrective and preventive actions . Desired Candidate Profile : A Graduate / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering , with 4 - 14 years of experience in quality control in a medium or large scale Electronics Engineering company . He / she should be able to handle the shift independently . He / she should be well-versed with quality tools . Candidates with fair knowledge of Application Engineering of AC Drives & Servo Drives and ISO Audit will be preferred .,
