Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesExport-Import Documentation Shipping & Logistics

  • 1. Provide VGM (Verified Gross Mass) details of the container
  • 2. Maintain container wise Load details
  • 3. Responsible for providing shipping Instruction to Shipping Line/ Freight Forwarder
  • 4. Responsible for getting draft B/L, checked & approved from Line/Freight Forwarder
  • 5. Sending draft B/L to customer for approval.
  • 6. Should have handled import & Export / inbound and Outbound activity
  • 7. Should have knowledge of customs duty structure + clearance activity + co-ordination with CHA and knowledge about governments schemes and benefits against trade.
  • 8. Should have knowledge of customs related query and free days, LCL and FCL shipments.

  • 1. Should have Excellent Knowledge in Bill of Lading.
  • 2. Should have experience in Logistic / Shipping
  • 3. English Communication should be good (written and verbal)
  • 4. Confident and excellent Interpersonal skills
  • 5. Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
