Job Description

  • Job description:
  • Sending the P. O to supplier and P. I to customers and then follow-up for the same.
  • Once the P. O is raised to supplier, take action as per P. O.
  • Payment instructions to be given to finance department.
  • If FOB, Co-ordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Inform nominated agent details to suppliers.
  • Photos to be checked.
  • Shipping marks to be sent.
  • Switch B/ L procedures in case of CIF shipment term.
  • After approval of PSS, arrange shipment as per customers schedule, inform shipment details to customer.
  • Send scanned documents to the customer by E-mail and inform tracking details of the original documents.
  • Inform Vessel details and status to the customer.
  • Ask customer to collect the delivery order.
  • All process to be updated in PSS file (Customers and Suppliers end).
  • Updating DATE CHARTS for ISO purpose.
  • For Sharjah Shipment, process is followed till Switch B/ L.
  • Follow up of Direct Shipment till DO collect status.
  • Update the orders on Excel.
  • Get the rate from Sales Department and send PO to the supplier.
