We have an urgent opening with a reputed client as Export Manager ( PPD and PFD) , Export Manager ( PPD and PFD) , Salary :- upto 13 LPA ( no bar for a right candidate) Total Experience Required: Sales experience of minimum 8 years out of which 5- 7 years should be preferably from a- Packaging Machines/ packaging Materials ( flexibles), packaging consumables. b- Construction Chemicals organizations / Glass organization / specialized Building Chemicals / Expansion Joints / Thermal Insulation materials etc. Exposure to International Market is a must. Must have travelled to GCC/ AFRICA/ South east Asia. Education Essential & Preferred: BE ( Core Branch) + MBA ( Marketing / International Business).Having exposure to Export Documentation will be added advantage.To handle end to end exports Cycle, including coordination with plants. Development new business for performance films & expanding market for PPD To Explore and appoint Distributor/ dealer/ agents globally. Build, Guide and support Agent/ Distributor/ dealers for generating sales by providing them details of product. Formulation of strategy for increasing market share in respective markets. Understanding Global Certification requirement and updating on the same to technical team, Coordinating with production team for increasing dispatches. New Market / Application Development for business growth. Sales analysis and corrective actions to meet sales goals. Carry out sales promotion activities. Manage exhibitions Presentation to new customers on new products. Organizing seminars and customer/ retail/ dealer meets. Product presentation to PMC/ Consultants/ Clients/ Applicators, Monitor competition activities and give timely feedback to management, Device sales and marketing strategy for each of the company s product, Identify training needs of Dealer/ Distributor/ Agent, Timely submission of Monthly/ Weekly MIS reports to Reporting authorities . He would be a person good in Technical Selling . Good in communication skills Strong in CREATING PR among Architects / Consultants, Govt Bodies and dealer handling.
