Follow up with Procurement team for the material readiness as per the PO readiness & PO delivery date. Should have experience of handling a team of 8 people. Should have handled preparation of Bill of lading around 300-400 per day. Generating Export/Import Invoice & Packing list under Deemed export & Re-Exportable documents for marine spread & project material from the various port. Expediting the shipments from vendor work domestically & internationally and reconciliation of the material. Floating RFQ in market to various Freight Forwarders to get best rates for our Export/Import shipment through Air & Sea. After finalizing the rates. Preparing NOA for the same getting approved by the higher authorities for the issuance WO/PO. Closely monitoring with CHA for all the Export/Import & costal shipment custom clearance. Co-ordatinating with service providers for crane & Transportation service for loading/Unloading of project material. Permission from customs for back load from various barges & supply vessel coming through ONGC field. Arranging CT 1 from excise and sending to the vendors for the excise duty exemption. NOA for the service providers for their redeemed services. Follow-up for the NED, MOHA & MOD for offshore going personnel. Monitor the crew change and arrange the Sign-on and Sign-off formalities. Preparing material & passenger manifest for onshore going vessel. Preparing EC documents and monitor the same till it get released from DGH. Closing the ARE-1 and the Excise Bond. Updating DPR on daily basis. Should know pre and post shipment documents. Required Candidate profile- Candidate should be Graduate + diploma in Export and Import Experience 5-8 yrs- Salary : 5-6 lpa - Location Mumbai ,
