Job Description

Please find below Openings for F&A Delevery Head and Delivery Manager with our MNC Client in Chennai, Mumbai,Bangalore,Nagpur,Kolkatta.Company: Our MNC Client inChennai, Mumbai,Bangalore,Nagpur,KolkattaNotice Period: 0-90 days Max.Qualification : Any UG/PG Degree.Designation: Delivery Manager and Delivery Head - F&AWork Location:Chennai, Mumbai,Bangalore,Nagpur,KolkattaExperience Required: 15 - 25 yrs of experience in F& A Delivery Head and Delivery Manager.Key Responsibilities: 1.Minimum 15 years of experience in F&A Outsourcing industry of which at least5 years in managing large programs of 150 to 500 FTEs
    1. Should have domain expertise in Record to Report, and good operational
    understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash towers
    1. Experience in Client Relationship Management engaging with CFOs, key
    client stakeholders, understanding their requirements and Outsourcers abilityto meet them
    1. Experience of leading large teams located across multiple cities in India and
    across the world. Demonstrated skills of managing span in excess of 200 FTEs
    1. Experience of Driving Digital Transformation across a portfolio of accounts
    2. Experience of working in large organizations have matrixed structure
    3. Excellent communicator at all levels
    4. Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery
    management expertise, preferably in an international environment
    1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    2. Experience in managing/supporting transitions of complex F&A projects
    Requirement: 1. Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance qualification
    1. Understanding of Technology and various ERPs being used in Finance world
