Job Description
    • Faculty I is an intermediate level training position that will deliver two or more training programs supporting multiple businesses and / or professional development. Faculty I focuses on process, products, services, systems, operations, policies and procedures, compliance/regulatory requirements, sales service skills & professional development/ lifelong learning to new hire and existing employee audiences. Faculty I may act in the capacity of a Producer role as they orchestrate all elements of virtual & remote learning. To be successful, facilitators are required to demonstrate they meet the standards of knowledge and delivery through our certification series process. Having worked and facilitated learning within the Financial Services is an advantage with strong domain in the business (within Home Lending, Consumer, Global Technology etc.). Hours of operations will be aligned to US hours.
    Facilitator:
    • Evolved facilitator with apparent comfort in delivering to mid and senior-level managers
    • Engaging peer learning in communities & appreciating cultural/group dynamics
    • Coaches for Global Learning programs for Faculty who could potentially deliver cross LOB content
    • Is adept in transitioning to leadership development, professional skills & lifelong learning programs (as required)
    • Communicates effectively by listening actively, facilitating dialogue, and showing the ability to express thoughts, feelings and ideas clearly, concisely and compellingly
    • In a Faculty /Producer capacity, is able to foster an inclusive work environment, by being effective at both means conveying respect for different perspectives, backgrounds, customs, abilities, and behavior norms
    • Drives consistency in the learning management system processes by following appropriate controls & operating procedures. (E.g., abiding with security level accesses)
    • Uses good judgement, emotional intelligence and decision making for moderately complex issues
    • Uses advanced learning methodologies such as virtual delivery and connected technology solutions, and can quickly adjust methods based on time, participant needs, and assessment of the audience
    • Demonstrates role-model facilitation skills & delivers unfamiliar topics with minimal notice or preparation time to meet business needs
    • Understands well & is able to apply foundational learning theories, principles of adult learning theory, and cognitive science to accommodate participants and special learning needs
    • Able to resolve conflict and navigate performance and behavioral concerns with ease
    • Evaluates learning outcomes at the participant level (Bloom s Taxonomy) through a systematic process of questioning and observation
    Learning Delivery Consultant:
    • Evaluate results against organizational goals for consistent messaging and action. Implement new techniques and tools to (E.g., Mentimeter/ other HR engagement tools)
    • Liaises with Learning Officer on deep- dive learner feedback, train- the faculty sessions, program coordination, and vendor engagement (as required)
    • Provides target state sustainment and post-training reinforcement
    • Comfortable to collaborate with partners/peers within communities and can perform tasks as social learning forum manager/producer
    • Partners with business clients, HRBP s, Sr. Learning Officers, & Learning Leads to address performance concerns and ensure consistent communication
    Learning Delivery Architect:
    • May participate on project teams/ squads to support project goals & L&TS strategic efforts
    • Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation needed in Learning programs & collaborates with Faculty II and III/ Learning Lead, the development team for a solution to continually improve programs & the HR management system experiences
    • Identifies updates/ improvements / ideas that can assist with evolving Learning Programs
    • Maintains lifelong learning by continuously leveraging courses, workshop, mentoring, guided reading, work-shadowing, or online studies
    Learning Journey Guide:
    • Faculty should be able to identify opportunities to adapt and leverage the right technologies/ content curation at the right time to meet organizational goals
    • Cross trained in two or more topics and is viewed as an expert (deep or broad) in content to support a customer obsessed culture
    • Has a fair understanding of Industry trends & is able to connect the dots and support ideas to innovate and better processes/ create efficiencies
    • Partners with client in developing effective learning solutions using sound understanding of data (example level 3)
