Develop and maintain IT systems for End2End orchestration Platform responsible for client onboarding for CIB domain of the bank.Job Title:Business Analyst / Sr. Business AnalystPosition PurposeThe role will provide Business Analysis (BA) in the area of Client Onboarding and Referential Domain(Know Your Client, Client Onboarding, Static Referential Data Management, etc)Work closely with the Business and Global project teams.Experience of Working knowledge of Fenergo Tool is desirable.Manage functional business requirements; coordinate with development teams, test & rollout offunctionality.Knowledge BPMN tool, preferably CamundaResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesAble to understand the business perspective and need from the business while gathering the requirements and be able to articulate when in various forumsAvailable as a go-to subject matter expert when production incidents are triggered by the usersUnderstand current state and propose target stateAble to model business process.Have a good understanding of technology and APIs.Creating Requirement Specifications in the form of user stories, FSD, BRDs and those specific to APIs.Documenting acceptance criteria and ensure that clear validation criteria is established.Strong hold on business analysis and tools to perform the analysis and data lineageAble to think through design and drive them proactivelyStrong understanding of the typical SDLC life cycle and role of business analyst in each of the cycleDevelop good understanding of technical infrastructure (databases, web development etc.) and how it interconnects with other system for data sharingAble to present the case with detailed analysis, options and challengesBe able to bridge the gap between business, end user, development and testing teamShould be able to guide and mentor fellow colleagues on number of topicsConnecting with business stakeholders to understand the business problem, strategy, constraints and translate it to requirements such that the overall business vision is met.Coordinate with IT development team for any blockers or requirement clarifications.Functional testing of the delivered solution.Tracking and prioritizing the defects based on its severity for fix.Coordinate and manage deployment of releases into productions.Extended Production support to the Business.Being flexible to work on multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet stringent deadlinesBeing able to work seamlessly in a distributed teams primarily between Paris and MumbaiOwnership of end-to-end and on time delivery of solutions.Contributing ResponsibilitiesStrong analytical and process management skills to interpret & anticipate customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Identify, assess, and record near-term business needs, recommend business priorities, and advise business on options, risks, and costs versus benefits.Establishes strong working relationships across all functions both locally and internationally.Well versed with the agile documentation and workflows to show the relationships and solution architectTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesGood understanding of IT systems (databases, web development etc.)Able to use and plan on MPP, Visio, JIRAKnowledge BPMN tool, preferably Camunda.Specific Qualifications (if required)Knowledge about Client on-boarding domain or reference data.Skills ReferentialBehavioural Skills : (Please select up to 4 skills)Communication skills - oral & writtenAbility to collaborate / TeamworkAttention to detail / rigorClient focusedTransversal Skills: (Please select up to 5 skills)Analytical AbilityAbility to understand, explain and support changeAbility to anticipate business / strategic evolutionAbility to inspire others & generate peoples commitmentChoose an item.Education Level:Bachelor Degree or equivalentExperience LevelAt least 5 yearsOther/Specific Qualifications (if required)Knowledge about Client on-boarding domain or reference data.Fenergo Client On-boarding tool,
