Job Description

Field EngineerExp- 1 to 5 yrsLocation- MumbaiNp- 15days to ImmediateWe will maintain a pool of Field Engineers to provide onsite touch support for Customer outlets for both IT equipment related calls from helpdesk. The specific responsibilities of Field Engineers are given below :Provide outside support to Customer Retail Outlets for all IT callsCoordinate with Regional Coordinator for tasks and activities to be performed.Perform Periodic Preventive Maintenance activitiesGet signoffs for activities performed from Store Manager , State IT team and send report to Retail HelpdeskCoordinate with Retail Helpdesk for ticket status and call closureCoordinate with Retail Helpdesk for Vendor related issues and escalate issues as may be requiredCoordinate with MSL logistics for spares availabilityPerform initial physical inventory verification and asset tagging and submit reportCarry out IMAC activityRollout activity50%-70% travelling will be there to cater services.
