field support engineer in mumbaiJob Title Field Support Engineer Purpose of the Job / Responsibilities: Supporting the testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities oftrains in accordance with the testing procedure, including following: o Respect with rigour the test procedures. o Perform mechanical and electrical coupling activities for train formation o Support all kind of train commissioning and troubleshooting activities o Manage the repair of failures as soon as they appear. o Trace with precision and rigour each failure. o In case of unsolved deviations, escalate to the Lead Engineer / T&CManager. o Work in a team spirit and transparency with its shift and the other shift. o Escalate any non up-to-date testing tools. o Should be aware of their KPIs and and performance on the repective KPIs. o Complies with EHS procedures. o Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents.Skills and Competencies:o Special processes skills like torqueing, crimping o Basic awareness on industrial safety norms like electrical safety, work atheight, LOTO etc. o To be able to read electrical and pneumatic schematics / single linediagrams o Basic computer skills of M S Office and to be able to learn otheroperational tools to communicate with train systems o English communication capabilities are must o Agility, collaborative nature skillstesting, commissioning and troubleshooting qualificationDiploma,
