Location: Mumbai/ ChennaiRole Objectives:1. Formulation and implementation of a service strategy and organizational capability that provides a vision and forward direction for service management.2. Take responsibility for managing and growing a sustainable and profitable technical services practice aligned to the strategy of the overall business and,3. Provide guidance on leveraging service management capabilities to effectively deliver value to customers and illustrate growth for organization.Main Responsibilities:1.Lead a team of 20+ service associates across India.2. Improve uptime of instruments & create service as a value differential in the competitive landscape.3. P&L owner for Service Vertical and ability to create model of revenue of service in lease business model.4.Own an installed base of more than 2000+ instruments with complete service record and seamless documentation.5.Be part of business performance reviews of team members.6. Leverage technology to pave the way for predictive maintenance of instruments., Must have competency/skill:1. Work Exposure : Minimum 10 years2. Basic Education: BE (Electronic), BE (Biomedical), BE (Instrumentation) with advanced Qualification or Certification: PGDBM, MBA in Supply Chain & Operations.3. Six Sigma (preferred)4. Evidence of proactive business leadership capabilities and competence as a manager that can successfully manage a business unit, profit and loss and lead a team of people
