Job Description

Attending every enquiry where customer wants to take car on loan
Solving queries of customers regarding finance
Follow up with customer for completion of documents
Daily follow up with banker for approval of files
Giving daily MIS to finance manager of each every status of customers
Follow up on every booking of customer
Preparing sales report
Submission of post disbursal documents such as registration numbers and insurance
Helping finance manager for achieving target of finance department

Developing and maintaining good relationship and rapport with all the employees.
Immediate resolution of employee complaints, dis-satisfaction and grievances for internal healthy work environment and harmony amongst the employees.
Observe discipline, Follow flowchart and all theprocesses religiously.
