Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities- - Manage the daily operation of the accounting department, ensuring that all financial and bookkeeping functions are carried out efficiently, accurately and in accordance with best practices. - Owning and driving all core finance activities like managing accounts receivables, accounts payables, timely invoicing, MIS, GST returns, payroll related taxations, Client Collections, influencing the legal agreements, etc. - Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS for Corporate Finance Team. - Periodically review the requirement for funds, submit required documentation to bankers and ensure availability of funds. - Manage the companys financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. - Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. - Ensure all the compliances with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. - Ensure branch books of accounts is properly maintained, accurate and reconciliation with HO is timely closed. - Month End closure of branch and HO books and Variance analysis. Skills, Traits & Abilities- - Excellent English communication skills. - Expert level MS Office skills, specifically Excel. - Expert Level Tally Skills. - Clear thinker and ability to steer through ambiguity. - Experience of managing teams at different locations and branches would be an added advantage.Desired Candidate Profile- Qualified CA having experience in Accounts, finance.
