Job Description

    Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)Experience: 5 to 10 yrs (Excellent communication needed)Salary: Hike on last drawnNotice Period: 15 to 30 days or lessWorkdays: Monday to Friday (5 days)Work timings: 10 am to 7 pmKey responsibilities:1. Develop MIS and Reporting processes.2. Monthly Account closure: Should be able to carry out monthly closure of books of accounts.3. Monitoring internal controls.4. Audit of Books of Accounts: Should be able to conduct periodic audits of books of accounts and fix all accounting and compliance matters.5. Financial Reporting: Sending period MIS/reports of Financial statements to all the stakeholders of the company.6. Cash Flow Reporting: Should be able to track and send reports for the Cash Flow of the company along with deviation analysis.7. Internal Reporting: Should be able to create cost centers and manage P&L.8. Should set up a process for internal reporting for Revenue and costs for the company.9. Perform Actual vs Budget and forecast analysis and support in taking corrective action.10. Manage all statutory compliances in coordination with the consultants. Ensure cross-functional collaboration.11. Vendor management (excellent communication needed) and relationship.Skillsets and experience:1. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years.2. Working experience in the IT/ITes industry is preferable.3. Strong working knowledge of financial, operational, and systems auditing techniques.4. Strong verbal and written communication, report drafting, presentation skills, and proficiency with the English language.5. Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.6. Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and BI tools is required.
