Job Description

  • Finalization of accounts for the Company, its Parent and subsidiaries including consolidation
  • of accounts.
  • Revenue Accounting to ensure that the appropriate revenue is reported in financials.
  • Manage Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits.
  • Proactively implement SAP for the Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Ensure Direct Tax and GST compliance.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for Company law and RBI Compliances.
  • Manage stock reconciliation and ensure its correlation with purchases and sales.
  • Coordinate with business and other teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Mentor the team to achieve the set goals and objectives.
  • Manage deadlines for key tasks for the team.
