The company manages the administrative and non- judgmental tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other citizen services for its client governments.Purpose of the role- Net working capital controls and analysis- Preparation of monthly cash flow statements and analysis- Monthly book closure as per timelines and introduce process to reduce the monthly closing timelines.- Monthly book closure along with schedules for review & audit.- Function cost booking with proper allocation methodology for accuracy in management reporting.- Accounting process & systems alignment across the company.- Detailed cost MIS for review and cost control suggestions in HO & regions.Profile Roles and ResponsibilitiesAreas of Responsibility & brief description Responsibility Level1. Ensure monthly closing activity is completed on time with all schedules and annexure for review and audit. Strict supervision on all activity as per check list. Full2. Tight control on task performed by outsourced accounting vendor as well as in- house accounting. Full3. Extract and analyse Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports for effective working capital management Full4. Net working capital analysis and preparation of cash flow statements Provide and coordinate for closure of statutory audits and internal audit requirements including schedules, ledger, sample, clarification. Full5. Ensure proper cost center wise accounting to help capture cost at business and function level. Full6. Measure actual costs against budget and reason for variances. Full7. Interact with functions and business and identify cost saving opportunity. Full8. Support enabling function to budget their annual cost and adjust forecast on quarterly basis. Full9. Cost MIS to be shared with enabling units on monthly basis for actual vs. budget expense,
