As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the entire finance and accounting function at the company working closely with our parent, Reliance Jio. You will work closely with the CEO on all matters finance and be a part of the senior leadership at the company. Responsibilities Head all aspects of Finance including financial planning & analysis, budgetary control, taxation, audits, corporate reporting, regulatory & SOX compliance, corporate governance and due diligence Manage overall accounting operations and audit for the organization including collections, purchase, contract compliance, receivables, deposits, disbursements, payroll, fixed assets and inventory Build and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals to deliver the desired results Collaborate with parent company and other group companies for inter company financial processes Define and own processes and best practices to for money matters across the company Work closely as part of the leadership of the company to drive overall strategy Maintain a culture of transparency, speed and highest quality standards Keep up with market trends and be a thought leader in the industry Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field 15 - 20 years experience as a Financial Controller/ Head of Finance/ CFO capacity Bachelor s Degree and Chartered Accountancy a must Should have been part of a company that has successfully scaled very fast Excellent communication skills a must, both written and verbal Creative, resourceful, detail - oriented, highly organized, hands - on Strong problem solving and analytical skills Self - driven, comfortable with a fast - paced, always - on, highly ambiguous environment,
