Key ResponsibilitiesAs key manager within the Finance department, the person will be responsible for the finance planning, reporting and analysis and compliance functions.Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses.Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceEnsure timely and complete reporting to Region by the respective due dates viz., monthly submission of reports including financial and non-financial reports, quarterly performance indicators (QPI) reports, etcEnsure Budgeting and Forecasting is done to near accuracy and submission the same to Region as per timelines.Ad-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisMonthly/ Quarterly presentations to region for MBR and QBRDesignated subject matter expert for Accounting for Leases per IFRS, USGAAP, IGAAPFinancial Control StandardEnsure compliance to General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP) for the Company, IndiaEnsure compliance of accounting/reporting treatment in line with Group requirements, including treatment for new productsRequired Skills and Knowledge --Strong capability to adapt to necessary changes, and to lead changes.Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline.Be independent and firm, at same time a team player.Pro-active in liaising with the senior managers, regional and Corporate Finance Office.Good interpersonal skills to work in the team - with service-focus mentality.Hands-on with day-to- day operations.Good analytical ability.IT capability: Good knowledge with Excel and Macro functions (preferred).If interested please revert with your updated resume ongayatri@pathwayhub.inalong withCurrent CTCExpected SalaryNotice Period
