We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance function based in our Andheri (east) office. Reporting to the CEO/ COO, you will be a key member of the team involved in the preparation of insightful commentary on financial KPIs and the financial performance of the group. This role will suit someone who is working in a similar role or is ready for the next challenge in their exciting career.Key role responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager are to Manage the preparation of financial information that is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and that withstand the scrutiny of Senior Management, Directors and external auditors. This includes monthly/ annual financial statements, budgets and cash flow reports.Manage the preparation of insightful trading commentary for senior internal stakeholders and assist the CEO in preparation of their report on performance to the Board. You will lead on further enhancements to the form and content of reporting across the group including simplification where possible.Provide a robust challenge to the output of Country business teams with the aim of improving the quality and integrity of financial reporting across the GroupManage internal and external stakeholders ensuring that the Financial Reporting team s output matches their requirements and expectations. You will also play a leading role in managing the day to day relations with our external auditors and bankers.Act as the group s SME on IFRS and the group s reporting manual providing leadership to Country Finance teams particularly in the key areas of revenue & impairment and deferred tax accounting.Own the group s revenue and impairment accounting system and the relationship with IT service providers including updating for product changes the impact of changes to underlying systemsLead the monitoring of parameters used in revenue & impairment accounting across the group together.,
