Job Description

  • Master s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related areas and
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Fin Tech/financial services/financial inclusion/ rural finance sector
  • Experience of working with financial institution (Bank/NBFC/MFI/DFI) would be preferable
  • Experience working on multi - lateral funded (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JICA) consulting projects
  • International work experience will be looked at favourably
Job Description / Role:
  • To provide related expertise on identified consulting projects (in India and abroad)
  • Act as a key financial services expert for the Challenge fund and facilitate knowledge sharing to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake assessment to come up with the specific problem statements existing in the value chains and the solutions for which are being sought through the challenge fund
  • Contribute to roll out implementation of the sub - projects and ensure performance of sub - projects
  • Monitor and report on the progress of product/ services deployment and scaling up to be carried out by the selected sub - projects.
