VISA EXECUTIVE Job DescriptionTo accurately check for all documents as per consulate requirement on that day. Send follow up email to the client on the next day with status as pending/yet to be submitted/require additional documents,etc.--VISA PROCESSING To update client with visa status on the cases submitted Keep yourself updated of all the changes to the visa regulations and requirements of various countries and locations. To accurately bill for all visa services rendered on day to day basis. Have the bills updated with proper account code after checking the right commercials. Maintain all trackers and reports on a daily basis to be able to promptly provide any information on cases submitted.
