Job Description

  • Managing the relations with all types of customers on all levels, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, also in case of complaints.
  • Acquisition of new customers, and by intensifying existing customer relations; supporting the performance of marketing activities planned at central level.
  • Analysing the current market situation and competition, gathering and processing the important information
  • Achievement of the quantitative corporate objectives, as well as monitoring the given targets, in order to improving the activities.
  • Strategy for Maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Study market trends as well as competitor activities and suitably update Senior Management on latest market / industry developments.
  • Make calls on prospective customers; send marketing collateral comprising of brochures and catalogues.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, outstanding sales abilities, relationship management and key account management skills, as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Precise, efficient and goal-oriented way of completing tasks, high organizational skills.
  • Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years or more, ideally gained in the field of sales into Automobiles & OEMs.
  • Interest in and understanding of the Automobile OEMs.
  • Economical or technical educational background.
  • Willingness to participate in further trainings & keeping updated.
  • Involve travelling across India.
