Job Description

    Hello from FOUNDEVER!We are HIRING for INTERNATIONAL NON-VOICE PROCESS.Roles and Responsibilities
    • Managing inbound calls.
    • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solution and alternative within the lime limit, following up to ensure resolution.
    • Following Communication procedures, guidelines and policy.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Candidate should be ok with any shift time (Especially night shift & rotational shift).
    • 5 Days working 2 rotational offs.
    • 9 Hours working.
    • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
    • Candidate should be currently living in Mumbai.
    • Candidate can be a Graduate Fresher/Experience or HSC pass out with experience.
