The primary responsibility of the Regional FP&A Manager will be to provide financial planning and analysis support for the consolidated P&L and statement of cash flow for the Region. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing support to the development of budgets and forecasts, and assisting in the preparation of business plans / case analysis for new projects or initiatives. Produce, review and analyze performance management reporting of actual monthly results and variances; provide input to ad hoc projects within Finance and the Region as required. The responsibilities for this role are: Responsible for financial planning, analysis, consolidation and management reporting for the Region Provide analytical support to the Region (e.g., assessment of strategic initiatives and business operations) Produce standard reporting packages working with other key stakeholders within the Company; develop metrics & scorecards to track performance against plan to facilitate a data driven review of performance Create scenario planning models based on variations in key operating metrics, capital investments and market factors to measure and mitigate business risk Identify fluctuations between budgets, estimates and actual results Perform analysis of product and regional profitability Participate in closing reviews to ensure results are appropriately accounted for under GAAP Quantify foreign exchange variances to AOP, prior year and forecast Document policies and procedures Function at high level in SAP and financial consolidation systems, representing team on any system upgrades and implementation Provide training on appropriate finance topics to operating personnel to develop awareness and understanding of economic considerations Lead special projects as assigned Monthly Accrual Support Quarterly/Annual Reserve Analysis Sales Commissions Tracking Credit Note/Return/Price Exception Approvals Purchase Requisition approval Maintain List Pricing by Customer Inventory and AR Analysis as necessary Day to Day support of business questionsRequired Candidate profileMust be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills Individual must be able to clearly identify objectives and meet end goals Ability to balance long-range vision with an appropriate attention to immediate detail Proven ability to address challenges and work with a results-oriented team Organization skills can plan, execute, and control multiple tasks.
